Short version: you see a preview before you pay, your story stays yours, and we do not hide anything important in small print. The longer version follows.

What we are selling

AmaranthGift builds bespoke, personalised, interactive web experiences as gifts, delivered as one private link. Each commission is made to order around your story. Because of that, every commission is unique and cannot be resold or restocked.

How a commission works

• You send a request through the form. This costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
• We reply within a day. If the commission is a fit, we agree the direction, the tier and the delivery date with you.
• We build a free preview of your opening scene. One preview per commission; it is how you judge us before trusting us with the rest.
• If you love it, you pay the agreed price and we finish the full experience. If you do not, you walk away owing nothing.
• We deliver your private link, and any revision rounds included in your tier begin.

Prices and payment

The price is the one shown on the site when you request, or the price we agree in writing if your commission is unusual. Payment is taken once, after you approve the preview and before final delivery, through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Revisions

The preview stage is where the big shaping happens. After delivery: Spark includes small fixes only, Story includes one round of revisions, and Legacy includes two. Small factual fixes, such as a name, a date or a typo, are always free on every tier. Larger changes beyond your tier's rounds are quoted fairly before any work starts.

Delivery

Our targets are 48 hours for Spark, 3 to 4 days for Story, and about a week for Legacy, counted from preview approval and payment. If we agree a hard date with you and miss it through our own fault, you get a full refund and the gift, if you still want it.

Cancellations and refunds

Because every commission is personalised and made to order, it falls under the bespoke goods exemption in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, so the standard 14-day cancellation right does not apply once we begin work with your approval. Our preview-first model is designed to protect you better than that right would: you pay nothing until you have seen real work.

If you cancel after paying but before delivery, we refund everything beyond the value of work already completed. If we fail to deliver what was agreed, you get a full refund. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights, including the right to a service performed with reasonable care and skill.

Your words and photos

Everything you share stays yours. By commissioning us you confirm you have the right to share the words, photos and details you send, and you give us permission to use them for one purpose only: building and hosting your gift. We never reuse them, never publish them, and never show your commission as an example without your written permission. See the privacy policy for retention and deletion.

Our craft

The code, engines, music systems and stagecraft behind the experiences remain ours, so we can keep building. Your finished gift is yours to keep, share with whoever you choose, and enjoy for personal use. You can request a keepsake copy of the experience at any time.

Credits

The 3D rose in our homepage scene began as “The Beast’s Rose” by Jada Leppky, used under the CC-BY licence with our own materials, lighting and glass case. Everything else on this site, the design, code, words, music systems and imagery, is ours.

Hosting

Every gift stays online for at least a year from delivery. We will never take a gift down without warning you well in advance, and before the year ends we will offer a simple renewal. The buyer or the recipient can ask us to take a gift down at any time, and we will.

Commissions we will decline

We build gifts, so we refuse anything that is not one: content that is unlawful, hateful or deceptive, and any commission aimed at someone who has asked the sender not to contact them. If we decline after you have paid, you get a full refund. We may also decline politely if we simply do not believe we can do your story justice.

Liability

If something goes wrong that is our fault, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us for the commission. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales, which is the law that governs these terms.
